This recipe is so delicious, so easy and is made with all natural and organic ingredients. It’s perfect for breakfast in the morning, a snack in the afternoon, and even as a tasty party favor!

Prep time: 15 min

Cook time: 1 hour

Ingredients

3                 Bananas (Very ripe, mashed)

1 cup          Raspberries (whole)

2                 Eggs (large)

1 1/2 cups  Whole wheat flour

1 tsp           Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp        Salt

1/4 tsp        Nutmeg (ground)

1/3 cup       Sugar (I prefer coconut sugar)

1 tsp            Cinnamon (ground)

1/2 cup       Chocolate chips (mini)

1 tsp            Baking soda

1 tsp            Baking powder

1/4 cup       Oil (once again I prefer coconut)

1/4 cup       Greek yogurt (plain)

Get Cooking!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.

  3. In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt and whisk together.

  4. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, oil, yogurt, eggs and vanilla, and beat until evenly combined. Add in the mashed bananas and stir that all together. Then add in the raspberries and chocolate chips, gently folding them into the batter until evenly combined.

  5. Pour your batter into the prepared loaf pan, smooth the top with a spatula, then carefully place into the oven. Let it bake for about an hour, or until you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean. Once the bread is done, let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before cutting. Once cooled, slice and serve!
